Introduction

Welcome to InnerWorkings Massage. We are dedicated to providing a professional, respectful, and safe environment for our clients. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Expectations from Us

  1. Safe and Healing Environment: We offer a space dedicated to healing, free of judgment.
  2. Session Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the session at any time based on our discretion.
  3. Communication: Available for calls from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, unless in session. Voicemails and emails are responded to within 24 hours, except after business hours and on holidays. Texts are primarily for appointment confirmations or cancellations.
  4. Appointment Policy: Appointments can be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance, requiring a session deposit fee to confirm, which serves as a cancellation fee if necessary.
  5. Cancellation Policy: We hold the session deposit fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Emergency cancellations are permitted at our discretion.
  6. Payments: Accepted methods include credit cards, cash, gift cards, and Venmo. Credit card payments incur a convenience fee.
  7. Additional Offerings: We sell CBD products, gift certificates, and offer massage and reiki packages. We do not provide insurance billing or childcare.
  8. Referrals: A list of referrals is available for services outside our scope.
  9. Environment: Our office is a smoke-free environment. Professional boundaries are respected at all times.
  10. Respect: We maintain a respectful environment for all clients.

Expectations from You

  1. Health History: Provide accurate and current health information.
  2. Respect for Time: Arrive on time and adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
  3. Session Etiquette: Sessions start and end as scheduled. Late arrivals do not extend session time. Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.
  4. Dress Code: Comfortable clothing is advised. Clients disrobe to their level of comfort.
  5. Fragrance Policy: To accommodate sensitivities, avoid wearing strong fragrances or smoking prior to the session. Showering before appointments is recommended.
  6. Food Intake: Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before your session, especially for Triple Body Alignment sessions.
  7. Payment: Payment is required prior to or at the beginning of the session in the agreed methods.

Limitations and Liabilities

  1. Healthcare Disclaimer: Our services are not a substitute for medical care. Clients should consult healthcare professionals for any health concerns.
  2. Liability Waiver: Clients agree to release InnerWorkings Massage and its practitioners from all liability related to injuries that may occur during a session. By agreeing to these terms, clients assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the services offered.
  3. Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Agreement

By scheduling an appointment with InnerWorkings Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You also affirm that all health information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
